Can I resell BatchData data in my own product?
Resale of BatchData data needs Approved Reseller status under a signed Reseller Addendum that BatchData approves. Without a fully executed Reseller Addendum, you may not resell, sublicense or redistribute BatchData data to a third party.
Can I resell pay-as-you-go data?
No, BatchData pay-as-you-go accounts are not for resale, and they are for internal business use only. Resale needs an Approved Reseller status and a signed Reseller Addendum.
Do I need a reseller addendum to show data to my users?
Yes, showing BatchData data to your users needs an Approved Reseller addendum that BatchData approves. Your product shows the fields you choose, and resale of these fields needs a reseller agreement. Send a request from your product for each user action, or take bulk files for your own database.
Can BatchData deliver data to my platform as files instead of API calls?
Yes, BatchData offers bulk files, as a full refresh or as deltas of changed records, for platforms that keep the data in their own database. Files come as CSV, Parquet or Delta. Other platforms call the API for each user request instead.
Which datasets can my platform build on?
Platforms build on BatchData datasets such as Property Owner Data, Contact Enrichment, Assessor Data and Mortgage & Transactions Data. Each data page lists the fields of its dataset. Your product shows the fields you choose, under an Approved Reseller addendum.
