We Let Our Data Do The Talking.
One of the world’s largest logistics companies ran an independent, rigorous evaluation. They tested every major geocoding provider. BatchData came out on top, across every single metric.
We Let Our Data
Do The Talking.
BatchData’s key differentiators
- Nationwide real estate data
- Flexible pricing and packaging
- Multiple data delivery options
- End-to-end professional services
“The BatchData documentation has been very good, and the support has been excellent relative to any of the other data providers we’ve evaluated.”
Kipper Bush, Realfinity Chief Technology Officer
The client said it best: "The data will speak for itself." It did. Loud and clear.
A global e-commerce and logistics giant, one that ships billions of packages a year, ran one of the most structured vendor evaluations we’ve ever been part of. Five vendors, validated by their internal data science team over 4 months.
BatchData ranked #1 across every primary performance category. Not just one or two metrics; every single one: overall exact match rate, spatial accuracy inside and around building polygons, coverage at scale, error rates, and quality stability as tolerance expanded. The gap over the nearest competitor was 6.1 percentage points. The gap over the weakest competitor was 26.5 points.
The Numbers
"Your data set is much richer and blew that out of the water." — BI & Analytics Lead at the client company, comparing BatchData to their prior provider

BatchData: Before vs. After Individual Building Polygons
After the client re-created individual building polygons, a large portion of earlier partial matches moved to exact matches.
| Match Status | Previous Count | Previous % | Current Count | Current % | Change |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Exact Match | 1,938 | 83.20% | 2,072 | 92.30% | +9.0% |
| Partial Match | 354 | 15.20% | 139 | 6.20% | -9.0% |
| No Match | 38 | 1.60% | 34 | 1.50% | -0.1% |

What This Means
Building-Level Precision
We were the only vendor to support individual building polygon resolution. When the client improved their methodology, our accuracy jumped 9 full points. The data was always right; the test caught up.
Zero Gaps at Scale
Every valid address returned a result. For logistics operations processing millions of deliveries, a 7% coverage gap isn't just a data problem; it's a missed delivery. BatchData had no gaps.
Quality Holds as Scale Grows
Our exact match rate dropped only 5.3 points across the full buffer range. Competitors showed sharp degradation. High coverage and high quality are not mutually exclusive; BatchData proved it.
